DELIVERY

The orders you place on our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of MNG Cargo.

Your order will be delivered to MNG Cargo within 24 to 48 hours. Once MNG Cargo receives your order, it will notify you via SMS and deliver it to your address within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries may take slightly longer in mobile areas. Since courier companies are closed during public holidays and festivals, your delivery will be made on the next business day.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

The product you purchase must be unused and in good condition. The invoice must be presented for all product transactions. The exchange period is 2 business days from the date of receipt. You can exchange the size or style of all our products. Due to their custom production and delicate design, evening dresses, jumpsuits, classic suits, dresses (includes all dresses), and designer items are NOT RETURNABLE. You can exchange the style or size.

You must send the product(s) you wish to exchange through our partner courier company, MNG Cargo. Once your shipment reaches us, you can place your exchange order. To help us easily locate your exchange, please include your full name and phone number when shipping. (Evening dresses, jumpsuits, classic suits, dresses (includes all dresses), and designer items are non-refundable; you can exchange the style and size.)

Will I pay for exchange and return shipping costs?

For purchases made through absnurol.com, exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The exchange fee will be deducted from the shipping costs of the items you purchased and will be issued to you as an exchange voucher.

The Shipping Fee you paid for the products to reach you and the Cash on Delivery Service Fee collected for your Cash on Delivery orders are not refundable.

You will be charged the shipping fee when you send us the product you wish to exchange. All products we sell are inspected for damage before being packaged for shipment. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective/wrongly/wrongly, the process is as follows:

When your order is delivered to your address by the courier, be sure to inspect the outer packaging for damage before accepting the product and, if you detect any damage, have a "Status Assessment Report" prepared. If you notice any damage after delivery, you must immediately contact the relevant courier office and request that they prepare a "Status Assessment Report." If the courier office is unable to assist you with this, please notify us as soon as possible.

When you send the damaged product to our address along with the Damage Assessment Report, your product exchange or return process will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.
